Do you offer mobile RV repair?
Yes, for light repairs, within about 50 miles of Lathrop, at an additional cost. Most work happens at our Lathrop shop, where the tools and parts are, and we can bring your rig back to the shop when the job calls for it. For events and multi-unit deployments, our team provides on-site support.

Can you repair my RV refrigerator?
Yes. We work on Dometic and Norcold, the two brands in most RVs. RV refrigerators fail for a handful of reasons, blocked vents, low voltage, weak propane flow, or a cooling unit at the end of its life, and most of them are repairable. We test the unit on both power sources, tell you whether repair or replacement makes sense, and fix or swap it.
Nobody wants to open the fridge at a campsite and find warm food. If yours has been running warm on propane, cutting out on the road, or tripping the 12-volt side, bring it in before the trip, not after.
When should I winterize my RV in Northern California?
Before the first hard freeze, or before the rig goes into storage for the season, whichever comes first. Valley winters are mild, but a single freezing night can split a water line, and rigs headed for the Sierra need winterizing earlier. Come spring, de-winterizing flushes the antifreeze, sanitizes the water system, and tests appliances so the first trip does not turn into a repair visit.

How often should an RV roof be resealed?
Inspect the roof seams, vents, and fixtures at least once a year and reseal wherever the sealant has cracked, lifted, or pulled away. A full roof coating extends the life of the roof and is the single best defense against the water damage that makes RVs expensive to repair. We inspect, reseal, and coat roofs at the shop, and a roof check is part of every pre-season inspection.
