This website at letsgosilver.com (the “Website”) is owned and operated by GoSilver LLC (“GoSilver,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
2. Relationship to RV Rentals
The Website provides information about GoSilver and lets you browse our fleet, request availability, and begin a reservation. The Website is not itself a rental contract.
All RV, trailer, and tow-vehicle rentals are governed by a separate GoSilver Rental Agreement, which is provided to you and which you must review and sign at or before departure. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the signed Rental Agreement regarding a rental, the Rental Agreement controls.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Website. By using the Website, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and current.
4. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Website, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Website;
- Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material, or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Website;

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Any content you submit must be truthful, lawful, and not infringe the rights of any third party. You grant GoSilver a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display content you submit (such as reviews) in connection with operating and promoting our business.

Pricing, availability, vehicle specifications, and other information on the Website may contain errors and are subject to change without notice; they do not constitute a binding offer.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOSILVER AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoSilver and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Website or your violation of these Terms. This provision concerns Website use only and is separate from the indemnification terms in the Rental Agreement.

We may modify or discontinue the Website, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date below indicates when these Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Website are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the exclusive venue for any such dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in San Joaquin County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoSilver regarding use of the Website.
